LASER LIPOSUCTION & CAVITATION
Laser liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure that uses sophisticated laser technology for fat removal and skin tightening in targeted areas. Laser liposuction can offer permanent results and significantly less patient downtime, unlike traditional liposuction. It can also be an excellent option for shaping and sculpting the face, neck, and body by removing small pockets of excess fat, including fat that is resistant to diet and exercise. Laser liposuction can also be used to firm and tighten loose skin.
Cavitation is a method of laser liposuction. Cavitation destroys fat cells by using low frequency sound waves. Once the fat cell is destroyed, the fat is discharged between the cells where they are turned into protein and then changed to free fatty acids and glycerol. Free fatty acids are moved to the liver where they decay and are removed from the body through bile and urine, while glycerol is used as energy.

How does laser liposuction work?
During laser liposuction, heat from the laser energy provides two benefits. First, the laser is used to target fatty deposits, working to reduce fat cells, which are then gently removed from the body. At the same time, deep heating of dermal collagen stimulates the body’s natural healing mechanisms, promoting tissue and skin tightening as collagen fibers contract. Skin continues to firm and tighten in the treated areas over the next several months as the underlying collagen is remodeled.
What areas can be treated with laser liposuction?
Laser liposuction is an great tool that can target pockets of excess fat in a wide range of areas, especially trouble spots that are traditionally resistant to diet and exercise. Common treatment areas include the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, hips, back, breasts, upper arms, and neck. Laser liposuction may also be used for skin tightening in areas that don’t necessarily require fat removal, such as the neck, upper arms, and buttocks.
What kind of results can I expect from laser liposuction?
Laser liposuction is not intended for the large-scale fat removal of traditional liposuction or surgical procedures. This minimally invasive procedure can provide excellent, long-lasting results in localized fat removal and skin tightening. Fat is reduced in the treated areas, leading to immediate body contouring benefits. Additionally, skin tightening will continue to improve in 3 to 6 months following the procedure as the collagen is remodeled in the body. We recommend at least 5 sessions to see your first results.
How does cavitation work?
The Ultrasound Cavitation emulsifies fat and coverts solid fat into a liquid substance that is easy to remove through the lymphatic and urinary systems. Some of the melted fat will be used for energy and the rest will be excreted through the urine and bile, that is why drinking water is essential. If you do not drink adequate water before and after each treatment, it will be harder for your system to remove the fat. You may notice an increase in urination after each session.
What areas can be treated with cavitation?
All parts of the body where localized adipose fat resides; therefore legs, abdomen, back and buttocks are the most appropriate sites but there’s real limitation regarding body areas.
What kind of results can I expect from cavitation?
Most clients experience a reduction in measurements after the first session, but especially after the third treatment and onward. The results may vary from person to person with different tissue structure, area, age, metabolism, medications, and changes in hormones. Proper diet, adequate water intake and increased physical activity will certainly improve and help to maintain your results.
Results will continue to improve for weeks after the last treatment session. You will continue to metabolize fat for up to twelve weeks, which means that, as most people do not make new fat cells in later life, the loss can be permanent. This procedure will also leave you with firmer, smoother looking skin than before, due to the inclusion of Radio Frequency Therapy, which encourages the fibroblasts within the skin to produce collagen.
