If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so on square, calling or texting 24 hours prior.

If you do not cancel the appointment and do not show up, it will be recorded as a "No Show." If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule

On square new clients will be asked to store their card infomation. New clients considered as a "No-show" will be charged 50% of their service amount. If any one client is considered a "No show" 3 or more consecutive times he or she will be asked to pay for their next service at the time of booking.

We understand that unexpected obligations, commitments, and illnesses can affect your schedule. However, please advise HOSB of any change as early as possible, as there is a high demand for appointments. Your cancellation will allow us to offer your time slot to another client.
